Guidelines on Client Behavior

At Moxie Massage, we provide a professional service that is valuable to everyone, from those with minor aches and pains to those with more serious health issues.  We strive to uphold the highest ethical and moral standards, and you will be glad to know that any and all instances of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 

Although most clients come to Moxie with the intention of receiving a professional massage, there are occasionally a few people who decide to thwart common sense, requesting services that are illegal or making comments that are suggestive or immoral.  If this is your intention, you are not welcome here.

Every massage is done with the client fully draped and there is never any reason for anyone to feel uncomfortable. We do not massage the lower abdomen or genital areas.  We will not honor any request to do so; our full body massage will never include these areas of the body.

Any client who displays any behavior that is questionable will be dealt with swiftly.  Appointments will be cancelled and you will not be allowed to come back to Moxie for any future services. If your session is terminated early for such behavior, the full payment will be due for your appointment, and you will be asked to leave immediately. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for abiding by these rules.
